Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Game Drop Radar iOS application ("the app"), developed by Hasan Berat Gürbüz ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the App Does

Game Drop Radar aggregates publicly announced free game and DLC giveaways from third-party stores and services, scores them locally on your device based on your preferences, and helps you track them. The app is an information tool:

• We do not host, sell, or distribute any games.
• All giveaways belong to and are fulfilled by the third-party stores that run them (e.g. Epic Games, Steam, GOG). Claiming a giveaway happens on the store's own website or app, under that store's terms.
• Giveaway data is provided by the public GamerPower API. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or still available; giveaways can change or end at any time without notice.
• Game Drop Radar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Epic Games, Valve, GOG, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, GamerPower, or any store or publisher mentioned in the app.

2. Purchase

Game Drop Radar is a paid app purchased once through the App Store. The purchase unlocks every feature; there are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or ads. Payments, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under Apple's Media Services Terms; refund requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape or resell its data feeds, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, branding, and content created by us are our property. Game titles, artwork, store names, and trademarks shown in listings belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes only.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listed giveaway will be available or free at the time you attempt to claim it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app — including missed giveaways, expired deals, or inaccuracies in third-party data.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
